Shipping:
- We ship orders on every working Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Orders placed before noon will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped out the following working shipping day.
- Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
- Customs, duties and taxes will be levied by the country you are in and will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchanges:
- If you have any problems with our products or would like to exchange it, please contact us at info@panchhi.ca with your name, address, phone number, order number and detailed description of the problem. Once we receive your email, we will follow up with detailed instructions for return or exchange.
- We will accept returns for unused products in original condition at time of purchase within 10 days from date of delivery.
- The shipping expense for returning the order would be borne by the customers.
- We will send you a store credit for the value of returned product once we receive and inspect the product.
- Please note that we do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.
